クレーンオペレーター
私は最初、とび工として入社しました。その後、だんだん仕事に慣れて、次はクレーンオペレーターに挑戦しようと思いクレーンの免許を取得。最初は慣れない操作で不安がたくさんありましたが、先輩方の熱心な指導の下、諦めず、今もクレーンオペレーターとして頑張ることができています。今後はクレーン以外にも色々な事に挑戦し続けて自分のスキルアップに繋げていきたいと思います。
I joined this company as a field worker. I’ve thought about trying to challenge myself to be a crane operator, because I’ve been getting too familiar with my work so I got a license to operate one. I didn’t have confidence in operating a crane and I was afraid to do so but my coworkers who are good at it have taught me very well so I didn’t give up and I kept up with continuing my work. I want to challenge myself with many things including operating a crane and I improved my skills even more.

私は長年トラック運転手として勤めてまいりました。現在では65歳が定年退職という世の中のではありますが、幸運にも、65歳を過ぎた今も現役のトラック運転手として働くことができています。体力が続く限り、今までの経験を生かし、無事故、無違反で今後も働き続けていきたいと思います。
I’ve been working as a truck driver for a long time. Currently, I’m retired at the age of 65 but fortunately, I’m still working even though I’m over 65 years old. I want to keep working “without any accident or any violations” by making use of my experience as long as I’m able.

1人目出産後に髙槻組に入社し、その2年後に2人目を出産しました。保育園に通っている子供たちが病気になると早退や会社を休まなければならない日もありましたが、同僚のサポートや充実した福利厚生のおかげで子育てと仕事の両立をすることができています。女性も働きやすい環境なので、今後、子育てが落ち着いてきたら仕事の幅をもっと広げていきたいと思っています。
I joined this company after I gave birth to my first baby. After that I’ve given birth to my second child. I had to go back home early or take a day off in order to take care of my children. My coworker supported me very well and our employee benefits saved me from troubles and I maintained a good balance between work and childcare. I think this company is a good workplace for women. After raising my children, I want to do more things to help improve my skills.

仕事内容：
- 工場および土木工事現場でのクレーン作業及び玉掛作業
- 主なクレーン：クローラクレーン、移動式クレーン
- 現場では資材の積み降ろしや、鋼矢板打抜や構台の組立・解体等のクレーン作業
給与：300,000円～450,000円 (基本給、各種手当込)
- 昇給・賞与は業績、実績に応じて支給

- 繁忙期(11月～4月)は休日出勤あり

Job descriptions：
- Crane operation and rigging at a factory or construction site.
- Main cranes : crawler cranes, mobile cranes.
- Control cranes, position, load/unload machinery, materials and other large objects, build/dismantle temporary steel sheet-pilings and scaffolds at construction or industrial sites.
Monthly salary: 300,000yen～450,000yen - base salary, benefits included.
- Performance based promotions and bonuses available.
Sat & Sun, Statutory holidays (5 working days/week), Summer, Year End & New Year holidays.
- May require to take extra shifts during the high season between, November to April.
- Extra shifts are encouraged outside of the high season as well.
Probation period : 2 months
Commuting - personal vehicle commuting available.
- Gas mileage reimbursement (regular gas only).
